The Lower Republican NRD Board of Directors hereby provides public notice that the regular monthly public meeting of the Lower Republican NRD will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 1:30 pm, in the Lower Republican NRD Meeting Room, 30 North John Street, Alma, NE.

An agenda of the meeting is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the LRNRD office, on the front door of the NRCS offices, and at the following website: www.lrnrd.org.

PUBLIC NOTICE MEETING OF THE NEBRASKA COOPERATIVE REPUBLICAN PLATTE ENHANCEMENT (NCORPE)

The Nebraska Cooperative Republican Platte Enhancement (NCORPE) will conduct its’ Regular Meeting on November 19th, 2025 at 10:00 am Central Time.  The meeting shall be held 30 N. John St., Lower Republican NRD in Alma, NE 68920.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

REGARDING THE REPUBLICAN RIVER BASIN-WIDE PLAN

JOINTLY DEVELOPED BY THE REPUBLICAN RIVER NATURAL RESOURCES DISTRICTS AND THE DEPARTMENT OF WATER, ENERGY, AND ENVIRONMENT

The Upper Republican Natural Resources District (NRD), Middle Republican NRD, Lower Republican NRD, Tri-Basin NRD, and the Nebraska Department of Water, Energy, and Environment (DWEE) hereby provide notice that a public meeting related to the Republican River Basin-Wide Plan will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time (12:00 p.m. Mountain Time). The meeting will take place at the offices of Middle Republican NRD, 208 Center Avenue, Curtis, NE. There will be an option to participate virtually, via Zoom. According to the basin-wide plan, the Republican River Basin NRDs and DWEE will annually discuss the progress being made toward achieving the goals and objectives of the plan and exchange information on water supplies and uses in the basin.

In the event of inclement weather, the meeting may be postponed. If DWEE and the NRDs decide to postpone the meeting due to inclement weather, it will be rescheduled to a later date. An announcement of the postponement will be broadcast on the radio (880 AM KRVN) and posted on the basin-wide plan’s website (rrbwp.nebraska.gov).

The public is invited to attend this annual meeting in person or virtually via Zoom. There will be a public comment period toward the end of the meeting.
