The PRD Board of Directors hereby provides public notice that the regular public meeting of the PRD will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at 1:30pm at the Tri-Basin NRD Office, 1723 Burlington Street, Holdrege, NE, telephone (308) 995-6688. All persons having an interest in these matters are invited to attend. The Lower Republican NRD Board of Directors hereby provides public notice that the regular monthly public meeting of the Lower Republican NRD will be held on Thursday, October 14th, 2021 at 7 pm, in the Lower Republican NRD Meeting Room, 30 John Street, Alma, NE.

LOWER REPUBLICAN NATURAL RESOURCES DISTRICT - NOTICE OF ORDER

ADOPTING THE FIFTH GENERATION INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT PLAN JOINTLY DEVELOPED BY THE NEBRASKA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND THE LOWER REPUBLICAN NATURAL RESOURCES DISTRICT (2021)

Notice is hereby given that on August 24, 2021, the Lower Republican Natural Resources District (District) issued an Order adopting the Fifth Generation Integrated Management Plan (IMP) Jointly Developed by the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources (Department) and the District. This IMP was prepared by the Board of Directors of the District, the Department, and with consultation with stakeholders. The IMP will become effective September 27, 2021.

The area subject to the IMP is the entire geographic area of the District. The sections of the IMP include: (I) Authority; (II) Background; (III) Abbreviations; (IV) Definitions; (V) Goals and Objectives; (VI) Plan Areas and Limitations for Certain Purposes; (VII) Controls; (VIII) Augmentation and Incentive Programs; (IX) Monitoring and Studies; (X) Modifications to the Integrated Management Plan; and (XI) Information Considered.
