Billing Rates

Completed in October of 2005, the Lower Republican NRD’s Rural Water Project services 196 rural hook ups and the Village of Guide Rock with quality drinking water. This water is purchased from the City of Franklin and the Rural Water Project storage facility is a 100,000 gallon tank located four miles south of Franklin.
